Our facility is equipped with the following resources to provide a high-performance working environment:

SOLEXA Image Analysis Servers - Three IBM 3650 Quad Intel Xeon Systems, 32GB of RAM per node, 2.7 TB per node of local storage in addition to a 64TB Fibre Channel disk array in a RAID-6 configuration;

Oracle Server with Intel Pentium 4 system, 130GB of locally attached disk, 4GB of RAM;

caBIG Server  with Intel Xeon system, 50GB of locally attached disk and 4GB of RAM;

Apache Web Server with Intel Pentium 4 system, 200GB of locally attached disk and  3.5GB of RAM;

Tomcat Application Server with Intel Pentium D system, 3.5GB of Ram and 10GB of locally attached disk.

Dell Precision Linux Workstations with Multiple Intel Xeon workstations are available for individual analysis;
